Costs and methods of delivery of orders

We send orders within Poland via DPD courier and InPost parcel lockers. We are also open to other forms of shipping. We also ship abroad. In case of shipping abroad or you wish to use another form of delivery, please send an email to: candleroomwww@gmail.com to determine the details (method, price) of shipping.

Waiting time for shipment = order processing time + delivery time

Lead time:

Standard order processing time is up to 2 business days. We try to ship all orders as quickly as possible. We will start processing it immediately after receiving the payment. If we receive payment confirmation by 11:00, we will try to ship the order on the same day. It is worth noting that if an order is placed on a non-working day (Sundays and holidays), the order will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery time:

The delivery time of the parcel by the DPD courier or to the InPost parcel locker is from 24 to 48 hours on working days (parcels are not delivered on Saturdays). Parcel delivery usually takes place between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

*PLN 15.00 - for prepayment (bank transfer, online payments, Blik, etc.)

DPD collection at a PickUp point

*PLN 11.00 - with prepayment (bank transfer, online payments, Blik, etc.)

INPOST parcel lockers:

*PLN 16.00 - with prepayment (bank transfer, online payments, Blik, etc.)

Personal collection

*PLN 0 - After receiving information about completing the order, the products can be picked up in our store at:

The store sells during the week from 11.00 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. and on
Saturdays from 10.00 to 17.30

free delivery

Free delivery applies only within Poland for pre-paid orders over PLN 140. Orders with free delivery are sent by DPD courier.
