Delivery Options and Costs

We deliver within Poland by DPD courier and to InPost parcel lockers. We also offer international shipping and can arrange other delivery methods. For international orders or an alternative delivery method, please email candleroomwww@gmail.com to agree the shipping method and cost.

Total waiting time = order processing time + delivery time

Order Processing

Standard processing takes up to 2 working days. We aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible and start preparing it as soon as payment is received. If payment is confirmed by 11:00 a.m., we will do our best to dispatch your order the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Delivery by DPD courier or to an InPost parcel locker normally takes 24 to 48 hours on working days. Parcels are not delivered on Saturdays. Courier deliveries usually take place between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

DPD courier: PLN 15.00
DPD Pickup point: PLN 11.00
InPost parcel locker: PLN 16.00

These prices apply to orders paid in advance by bank transfer, online payment, BLIK, Google Pay or another available payment method.

Free Delivery

Free delivery is available within Poland for prepaid orders of PLN 140 or more. Orders qualifying for free delivery are sent by DPD courier.
